For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY MANAGER. The person appointed by the City Council as manager (acting, interim or permanent) of the city.
FACILITY. Any building, structure, or improvement owned by or leased by the city or otherwise under its dominion or control.
FACILITY MANAGER. The person designated by the City Manager as the person in-charge of any facility or property of the city, which person shall have the authority to grant permission for the use of said facility or property, to persons other than employees or officials of the city.
PROPERTY. Any property owned or leased by the city or otherwise under its dominion or control.
