§ 22.041 REPORTS.
   The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee shall maintain complete and accurate records of its activities and shall provide to the City Council special reports and recommendations as requested by the City Council. Additionally, the Committee shall during each year make written reports and submit to the City Council in such manner and form and at such intervals as the City Council may request and direct. Such reports shall evaluate the adequacy of recreational programs and facilities in the city’s parks system and recreational programs. These evaluations shall be made on an on-going basis, with findings and recommendations being made to the City Council annually or more often if so required by City Council.
