(A) Vacancies on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee due to resignation, death or any other cause occurring therein prior to the expiration to the appointed term shall be filled only by the City Council.
(B) Vacancies in the membership of the Committee shall be filled by the City Council for the period of the unexpired term.
(C) Members of this Committee shall serve without compensation. However, members who serve on this Committee shall be reimbursed for travel and subsistence to professional recreation meetings, conferences and workshops, with such compensation being made in compliance with the general policies of the city.
