§ 22.005 POWER OF CITY COUNCIL TO REPLACE HOUSING AUTHORITY.
   The City Council hereby reserves the right to designate itself to exercise the powers, duties and responsibilities of the Housing Authority, or to designate a redevelopment commission to do so, pursuant to the provision of G.S. § 157-4.1.
