§ 51.25  SEWER RATES.
   The following schedule of rates, charges and delayed penalty charges are hereby fixed and determined as the rates, charges and delayed penalty charges to be billed by customers of the system throughout the entire territory served.
 
Schedule 1
Applicability
Service in the entire territory
Availability of service
Available for general domestic, commercial and industrial service
Rates: commencing March 1, 2008 upon approval by the State Public Service Commission:
   Delayed payment penalty charge
The below schedule is set on all current usage billings not paid in full by the latest pay date, which shall be no sooner then the twentieth day of the month, 10% shall be added to the net current amount unpaid; the delayed payment penalty is not interest and is to be collected only once for each bill where it is appropriate
   Minimum customer charge
Each customer shall pay a minimum customer charge of $13.48 per month, for 2,000 gallons usage; this represents an increase from the minimum customer charge for 1,000 gallons usage established in May, 2002
   Volume charge
Each customer shall pay $6.74 per 1,000 gallons used; this is an increase of $0.77 per 1,000 gallons from the existing rate effective in May 2002
 
 
Schedule II
Applicability
Service in the entire territory
Availability of service
Available for general domestic, commercial and industrial service
Rates: commencing March 1, 2009, or immediately after completion of construction of the collection system, whichever event last occurs:
   Delayed payment penalty charge
The below schedule is set on all current usage billing not paid in full by the latest pay date, which shall be no sooner than the twentieth day of the month, 10% shall be added to the net current amount unpaid; the delayed payment penalty is not interest and is to be collected only once for each bill where it is appropriate
   Minimum customer charge
Each customer shall pay a minimum customer charge of $16.08 per month for 2,000 gallons usage.
   Volume charge
Each customer shall pay $8.04 per 1,000 gallons used; this is an increase of $1.30 per 1,000 gallons from the existing rate effective March 1, 2008
