(A) No person shall wash, throw or place, or caused to be washed, thrown or placed, in any sanitary sewer or any part of the sewage system of the city, or in any private connection, opening or lead thereto, any surface or drain water, or any sand, mud, silt, rags, waste, grease, cooking oils or other matter or substance other than ordinary sewage.
(B) Any restaurant or food service operator shall install a grease trap which shall be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
