§ 51.01  TAPPING BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY; FEE.
   (A)   No connection or repair shall be made to any city sewer pipe or main except by a duly authorized employee of the city.
   (B)   The property owner seeking to tap into the city sewer line shall pay a fee of $150 for each such tap.
