§ 52.18  RECONNECTION CHARGE.
   After the municipal water company’s water meter has been disconnected due to non-payment of the water user charge (after proper notice, opportunity for hearing and opportunity to cure as prescribed by the Public Service Commission), there will be imposed by the municipal water company a reconnect charge of $10 to reconnect the water meter.
