§ 50.12  INSPECTION OF PREMISES.
   (A)   The following persons are authorized to conduct inspections in the manner prescribed herein.
   (B)   Such inspections shall be pursuant to lawful search warrant if one is required.
   (C)   It shall be sufficient probable cause to obtain a search warrant to inspect any person’s premises under this subchapter if such person is determined not to be a valid subscriber to the solid waste collection services of the city.
      (1)   The Mayor or his or her designee may inspect the premises of any person in the city relative to the enforcement of this subchapter.
      (2)   The Mayor may have such inspectors as may be necessary to the enforcement of this subchapter, who may inspect the premises of any person in the city relative to the enforcement of this subchapter.
      (3)   The Mayor or any of his or her duly authorized agents may inspect the premises of any person in this city relative to the enforcement of this subchapter.
      (4)   Police officers, at the request of the Mayor and under the direction of the Chief of Police, may inspect the premises of any person in the city relative to the enforcement of this subchapter.
