§ 154.999  PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $300 for each and every offense, and each day that he or she shall continue such violation after notification shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a like fine or penalty.
