(A) An appeal taken from a requirement, decision or determination made by the Zoning Officer shall be filed in writing with the Board on forms as prescribed by the Board. The Zoning Officer shall give assistance as needed in the completion and forwarding of the appeal. However, the applicant is responsible for adhering to the requirements of § 154.168(H).
(B) Prior to the required public hearing, members of the Board shall acquaint themselves with the facts of the case, to include site visitation.
(C) After the required public hearing, the Board shall notify the Zoning Officer of its decision on forms as prescribed by the Board.
(D) Any appeal shall be accompanied by a fee payable to the city in an amount to be determined by Council.
