§ 154.161  OFFICERS AND QUORUM.
   (A)   The Board of Zoning Appeals shall elect a Chairperson and Secretary from its members in July of each year. The Secretary shall have authority to act as Chairperson during the absence or disability of the Chairperson.
   (B)   A majority of members of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall constitute a quorum. Any action of the Board which constitutes a reversal of a decision by the municipal Zoning Officer requires approval by four Board members.
