In a B-3 District, the following buildings and uses are permitted:
(A) All uses permitted in B-2 Districts;
(B) A B-1 or B-2 use in B-3 zone is permitted to utilize area requirements specified for B-1;
(C) Wholesale business, warehouses, storage areas;
(D) Building material sales, not including stone crushing and concrete mixing; and
(E) Distribution plants, ice and cold storage plants and locker service, and beverage distributors and bottling plants.
