§ 154.095 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS (CBD) (B-2).

   The use of land and buildings is limited to the following:

   (A)   All uses permitted in B-1 Districts;

   (B)   Shops for custom work, making articles or products to be sold at retail on the premises;

   (C)   Theater, assembly halls, billiards or pool parlors, any public recreation use; and

   (D)   Printing plant, newspaper plant.
