§ 154.092  R-2 TOWN HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (A)   R-2 Town High Density Residential Districts are placed to continue the higher density development existing in adjacent areas of the municipality. The minimum lot size of 6,000 square feet should produce a density pattern equivalent to the dwelling units per acre that is harmonious with existing development.
   (B)   A building may be erected, altered or used and a lot may be used or occupied for any of the following purposes, and no other:
      (1)   Any use permitted in R-1 Town Medium Density Residential Districts;
      (2)   Attached or row-type, structures;
      (3)   Zero-lot line housing: minimum of five units per grouping, minimum buffering of 25 feet from other type housing (that is, no building shall encroach upon such 25 feet), minimum side yard of 15 feet; and
      (4)   Convalescent home, nursing home, undertaking establishment, doctor’s office and related medical uses, professional office and studio (when authorized by Board of Zoning Appeals).
