§ 154.091  R-1 TOWN MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (A)   R-1 Town Medium Density Residential Districts are located where new residential development can be served by extension of existing street and utility systems. Slope conditions in these areas require a minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet per dwelling unit in order to assume a buildable dwelling unit site and to limit the volume of storm water run-off.
   (B)   A building may be erected, altered or used and a lot may be used or occupied for any of the following purposes, and no other:
      (1)   Any use permitted in R-O Town Low Density Residential Districts;
      (2)   Duplex, multiple dwelling or apartment house, not to include an attached or row-type structure; and
      (3)   Duplex dwellings in R-1 Districts may not be further subdivided.
