§ 154.045 CLASSES OF DISTRICTS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the municipality is hereby divided into the following different types of districts, designated as follows:

   (A)   R-O Low Density Residential;

   (B)   R-1 Medium Density Residential;

   (C)   R-2 High Density Residential;

   (D)   R-3 Elderly Housing Residential;

   (E)   R-4 Mobile Home Residential;

   (F)   B-1 Local, Neighborhood or Regional Business;

   (G)   B-2 Central Business (CBD);

   (H)   B-3 Industrial (Regional Business);

   (I)   B-4 Power Plant District; and

   (J)   O-C Open Space and Conservation.
