§ 37.36  MUNICIPAL COURT FEE.
   In addition to any other costs or fines which may be lawfully imposed, an additional cost in the amount of $20 shall be imposed on any and all convictions in Municipal Court. However, those convictions for municipal parking violations and seatbelt violations shall not be so assessed.
