§ 152.06  COLLECTION AND DEPOSIT OF MONEY WITH FINANCIAL SECRETARY.
   All moneys collected under this chapter shall be deposited with the Financial Secretary. The Financial Secretary may prescribe such forms and records as shall be necessary for the collection and accounting of all moneys for any and all services under this chapter with the authority to require any and all persons making such collections to comply with the same.
