§ 152.05  CONFORMANCE OF SIGN WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   Every sign erected shall be erected upon plans and specifications approved by the city, and shall from time to time be inspected by the city, and such sign shall remain at the pleasure of the city.
