§ 152.03  SIGN PERMIT FEE.
   Each request for a permit for placement of a sign shall be accompanied by a fee of $10 which shall be returned to the petitioner if the permit is denied. Nothing herein should be interpreted as establishing an annual fee to be paid to the city.
