§ 150.50  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person, whether acting for himself or herself or as an agent shall erect, build, construct or maintain any dwelling, outbuilding or business structure within the corporate limits, without first obtaining a written permit to so erect, build, construct, maintain or occupy such building. Such permit shall be signed by the Mayor or Recorder, or member of the Building Committee for the construction, maintenance and occupancy of the dwelling, outbuilding or business structure.
