§ 150.22  REGULATIONS NOT EXCLUSIVE.
   The authority and the procedure set forth in this subchapter shall not be construed as exclusive, but shall be in addition to other police powers possessed by the city for dealing with conflagrations, health conditions and other problems affecting the safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the city.
