§ 150.21  INJUNCTION; HEARING BY CIRCUIT COURT.
   The owner or lessee of the property shall have the right to apply to the Circuit Court of the county for a temporary injunction restraining the Commission pending final disposition of the case, and a hearing shall be had by the Court within 20 days, or as soon thereafter as possible, to enter such final order or decree as law and justice may require, costs shall be imposed in the discretion of the Court.
