§ 138.14  CARRYING A DEADLY WEAPON WITHOUT PROVISIONAL LICENSE OR OTHER AUTHORIZATION BY PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
   (A)   No person under 21 years of age and not otherwise prohibited from possessing firearms under § 138.15 shall carry a concealed deadly weapon, without a state license or other lawful authorization established under the provisions of the W.Va. Code.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section shall, for a first offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor.
