§ 37.30  ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENAS.
   The City Judge or those officials as specified in § 37.28, may subpoena as witnesses all persons whose testimony he or she believes will be relevant and material to matters coming before his or her Court, and no person lawfully served with such a subpoena shall fail or neglect to comply therewith.
