§ 134.14  UNLAWFUL ACTS OF PERSONS; ALCOHOL.
   (A)   Any person 18 or over but under the age of 21 years who purchases, consumes, sell, possesses or serves non-intoxicating beer is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person under the age of 18 years who purchases, consumes, sells, possesses or serves non-intoxicating beer is guilty of a misdemeanor, status offense as that term is defined in the W.Va. Code § 49-1-202 and, upon adjudication thereof, shall be referred to the Department of Health and Human Resources for services, as provided in the W.Va. Code § 49-4-711. A citation is issued to the minor and the parent or guardian of said minor is notified to pick up the minor, so they can take responsibility of said minor.
