(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(C) Whoever violates § 133.01(B) shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, and for a second offense shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
(D) Whoever violates § 133.09 shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, for a first offense. For a second or subsequent offense such person shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
