(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Whoever violates § 130.01 shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

(C) Whoever violates § 130.04 shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

(D) Whoever violates § 130.05(A) shall be fined not less than $100 and not more than $1,000.

(E) Whoever violates the provisions of § 130.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $1,000 or confined in the regional jail for a period not more than 30 days, or both.
(F) Whoever violates the provisions of § 130.11 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof:
(1) For a first offense shall be fined not more than $100;
(2) For a second offense occurring within one year of a previous conviction shall be fined not more than $200; and
(3) For a third and subsequent offense shall be fined not more than $500.
(G) Whoever violates the provisions of § 130.12 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof:
(1) For a first offense shall be fined not more than $100;
(2) For a second offense occurring within one year of a previous conviction shall be fined not more than $200; and
(3) For a third and subsequent offense shall be fined not more than $500.
(H) Any person convicted of a violation of § 130.13 shall be confined in jail for not less than 24 hours nor more than 30 days, fined not more than $200, or both.
(I) Whoever violates any provision of § 130.14 shall be confined in jail for not less than 24 hours nor more than 30 days, fined the sum of $500, or both.
