§ 36.04  APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR.
   The Mayor shall appoint a Director of Emergency Services, who shall perform such duties as are imposed upon him or her by this chapter, and as are delegated to him or her when not contrary to resolutions or ordinances of this city.
