§ 113.035 HOSPITALS.

   Upon each hospital there is imposed an annual license fee in an amount varying in accord with the following table:

   (A)   For hospitals with five to 49 beds, a fee of $20;

   (B)   For hospitals with 50 to 99 beds, a fee of $30;

   (C)   For hospitals with 100 to 199 beds, a fee of $40; and

   (D)   For hospitals with 200 or more beds, a fee of $50.
