§ 113.028  FEES FOR CERTAIN TRADES, PROFESSIONS OR OCCUPATIONS.
   (A)   Unless otherwise indicated below, there shall be a license tax imposed, on an annual basis, upon each person practicing in the following trades, professions or occupations within the city.
   (B)   The fees shall be in the amounts listed below, and shall enable the payor to purchase a license to engage in the trade, profession or occupation for one year unless some other fee period is indicated, in which case the fee will purchase a license for that period.
      (1)   For architects, a fee of $25;
      (2)   For attorneys, a fee of $5;
      (3)   For auctioneers, a fee of $15;
      (4)   For barbers, beauticians and manicurists $25;
      (5)   For chiropractors, a fee of $25;
      (6)   For dentists, a fee of $20;
      (7)   For dental hygienists, no fee;
      (8)   For embalmers, a fee of $15;
      (9)   For engineers, a fee of $30;
      (10)   For foresters, a fee of $5;
      (11)   For funeral directors, a fee of $15;
      (12)   For landscape architects, a fee of $50;
      (13)   For land surveyors, a fee of $20;
      (14)   For insurance brokers, a fee of $10;
      (15)   For midwives, a fee of $10;
      (16)   For nursing home administrators, a fee of $50;
      (17)   For occupational therapists, a fee of $5;
      (18)   For optometrists, a fee of $10;
      (19)   For osteopathic physicians and surgeons, a fee of $10;
      (20)   For pharmacists, a fee of $25;
      (21)   For physical therapists, a fee of $35;
      (22)   For physicians, surgeons and podiatrists, an annual fee of $25;
      (23)   For polygraph examiners, no fee;
      (24)   For practical nurses, a fee of $5;
      (25)   For private detectives and investigators, a fee of $50;
      (26)   For psychologists, an annual fee of $15;
      (27)   For radiologic technologists, an annual fee of $10;
      (28)   For real estate brokers, a fee of $50;
      (29)   For real estate salesmen, a fee of $25;
      (30)   For registered professional nurses, a fee of $5;
      (31)   For sanitarians, no fee;
      (32)   For social workers, a fee of $5; and
      (33)   For veterinarians, an annual fee of $5.
