The annual license fee to keep or maintain a bowling alley, a billiard, pool or bagatelle table, or table of like kind, for public use, where any charge is made for the use of the same, shall be $25; but if more than one of such alleys or tables be kept or maintained in the same building by the same person, the fee shall be $25 for the first such table or alley and $15 for each additional one.
