§ 34.09  RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CITY EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Each member of the Fire Department shall be responsible for and shall give a receipt to the city for any equipment received by him or her from the city.
   (B)   Such equipment shall be and remain the property of the city.
