§ 112.04  REGULATIONS FOR ALL SOLICITORS AND PEDDLERS.
   Any person soliciting or peddling within the city shall conform to the following regulations.
   (A)   The solicitor or peddler shall conduct himself or herself at all times in an orderly and lawful manner and shall immediately leave the premises when requested by the owner or occupant therein.
   (B)   When the solicitor or peddler takes a down payment, he or she shall give a written receipt for the order, which receipt shall be signed by the solicitor or peddler and shall set forth a brief description of the goods, wares, merchandise or printed matter ordered, the total purchase price thereof and the amount of the down payment received by the solicitor or peddler from the purchaser.
