Any permit granted hereunder may be revoked by the Mayor for furnishing false information in connection with the registrant’s application, or for the subsequent conviction of the registrant for a crime involving moral turpitude, or upon proof that the applicant has been guilty of disorderly conduct, fraud or misrepresentation in connection with his or her business, or for violation of any ordinance of the city. In any event, every permit shall expire on June 30 after the date of its issue, but may be renewed in the same manner that it was originally issued.
