For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CARNIVAL. Any amusement or amusements such as rides, games of chance, traveling or temporary displays of collectors items, unusual items or unusual persons and traveling or temporary short order food operations.
CIRCUS. Any amusement or amusements such as rides, games of chance, traveling or temporary displays of collectors items, unusual items or unusual persons, traveling or temporary short order food operations and inside or outside displays of acrobatic, trapeze, riding or animal training artists.
