§ 94.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(1986 Code, § 1505.99)
   (B)   Who ever fails to comply with §§ 94.35 through 94.42 will be fined no less than $50 and no more than $100.
