§ 94.19  CONTRACT WITH PROPERTY OWNERS OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS.
   (A)   An owner of property located no more than five miles outside of the corporate limits of the city may contract with the city for fire protection.
   (B)   Any such property owner shall pay the same fee provided in this subchapter for similar property located within the corporate limits of the city.
