§ 33.37  ELECTION OF PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT.
   At its first regular meeting in each year the City Planning and Zoning Commission shall elect from its members a President and Vice President. The Vice President shall have the power and authority to act as President of the Commission during the absence or disability of the President.
