(A) All provisions of the 9-1-1 Addressing and Mapping Ordinances of the County Commission, dated January 12, 2004, including the penalties for noncompliance, hereby apply within the city, as if fully set forth herein, except as set forth in division (B) below.
(B) Nothing in this subchapter affects existing city-type addresses, which are satisfactory for 9-1-1 and emergency services purposes, provided that those addresses are consistent with the Statewide Addressing and Mapping Project and otherwise comply with the rules and regulations of the West Virginia Statewide Addressing and Mapping Board.
