§ 93.24  SETTING STAKES FOR GRADE AND WIDTH.
   The Street Commissioner shall set stakes for the grade and width of sidewalks as conditions may require, and to file a report thereof with Council. Such report shall show the number and width of the lot or property in front of which the sidewalk is to be laid.
