§ 93.01  PERMIT REQUESTED FOR STREET EXCAVATIONS.
   (A)   Any person or public utility desiring to make an excavation in any municipal street or cut a pavement or curbing shall take out a permit for such work from the City Recorder.
   (B)   All permits so executed shall be in triplicate; one copy to be given to grantee, one to the Treasurer and one to be held by such Street Commissioner.
