§ 33.06  BYLAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Board shall have the power to establish bylaws, rules and regulations for its own government and shall discharge its duties in conformity with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, including any agreements with agencies of the United States of America or the state.
