§ 33.03  OFFICERS.
   (A)   The Mayor shall act as Chairperson of the Sanitary Board, which shall elect a Vice Chairperson from its members and shall designate a Secretary and Treasurer, who may be one and the same person, neither of whom need be a member of the Board.
   (B)   All officers of the Board except the Chairperson shall hold office as such at the will of the Board.
