No person shall keep, maintain, possess, or have any live animal or fowl enumerated in § 90.05(A) on any property situated within municipal city limits. The purpose of this chapter is to eliminate the presence of said animals and fowls within municipal city limits. Any person granted a permit regarding said animals or fowls may continue to keep and maintain the animals or fowls only until the death of these animals or fowls.
