§ 76.28  VIOLATIONS.
   No owner or operator of any motor vehicle or other vehicle shall permit his or her vehicle to be parked in a parking space for a period of time in excess of the time allocated to that parking space by the rules and regulations promulgated by Council and described at each particular parking space.
