§ 76.27  OVERTIME PARKING.
   If any vehicle remains parked in any parking space for a length of time in excess of two hours, and a police officer notes that the parking time in this parking space has expired, such vehicle shall be considered as parking overtime; and the parking of a vehicle in such parking space for a period of over two hours shall be deemed a violation of this subchapter.
