§ 76.25  AREAS ESTABLISHED.
   In areas which it shall indicate upon the traffic-control map, Council may cause parking spaces to be marked by lines on the curb or pavement or by other appropriate markings, or on the sidewalks adjacent to each such parking space may cause to be erected a sign indicating that parking can be made by vehicle in this space for a period not to exceed two hours; and there shall be no fee charged for parking therein. However, this vehicle parked within this parking space must not remain for a period of more than two hours; and in the event this term is exceeded, the owner of such vehicle or operator of such vehicle becomes subject to the provisions of § 76.99.
