(A) Whoever abandons a vehicle in violation of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 75.02 shall be guilty of an offense, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25 and not more than $500 or imprisoned in the county jail nor more than 30 days or both fined and imprisoned.
(C) Any person who violates any provisions of § 75.03 shall be guilty of an offense, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 or imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both fined and imprisoned.
(D) In addition to all other remedies provided for in this chapter, the City Attorney, of his or her own volition or at the instance of any citizen, resident or taxpayer of the city, may apply to the circuit court, or the judge thereof in vacation, for an injunction to restrain, prevent or abate the maintenance and storage of abandoned motor vehicles, junked motor vehicles, old vehicle tires or inoperative or abandoned household appliances, in violation of any provision of this chapter.
